Guarantee of Service :After you have received your “Confirmation Number” your car is Guaranteed to be there waiting for you. ( Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card).
Credit card procedure: Your credit card will not be charged until the day off the service. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.
Cancellation Guidelines: All cancellations must be done via email info@perfecttowncar.com. If a cancellation occurs less than 12 hours (Sedans) and 48 hours ( SUV and Limo ) before the scheduled pickup time , full fare will be charged to the client.
Absentee Policy “ No Show” : All no shows will be charged the full trip plus any waiting time. To avoid being charge you must : 1. Call toll free 1-800-974-7864 so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other. 2. Call 1-800-974-7864 or info@perfecttowncar.com in the event your plans or flight have been changed.
Waiting Guidelines : A grace time of 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time is permissible. For flight arrivals a grace 30 minutes period after arrival time is permissible. Since, we monitor the status of flights. As soon as the grace period lapses, additional fees are charged at the rate of $10.00 for every 15 minutes.
Late-night Pick-ups :Pick ups between the hours of 11:30 pm and 4:30 am are subject to an additional $10 surcharge.
Child Car Seats : Notify us ahead of time if child car seats are needed. Additional surcharge of $10 will be imposed.
Smoking Policy : There is no smoking in cars. Anyone who smokes will be asked to extinguish the cigarette/cigar. In case of obstinacy we reserve the right to terminate service and charge full fare to the client.
Additional Charges : Additional charges may be added for extra stops, and special parking fees.
Assistance with Luggage : Client will be assisted with luggage at request, but we are not obligated to do so.
Lost or Damaged items : Perfect Town Car and it’s Affiliates are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Perfect Town Car reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.
Privacy Policy : Perfect Town Car and it’s Affiliates reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies. Perfect Town Car and it’s Affiliates do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties.
Termination of Reservation/Service : Perfect Town Car and it’s Affiliates reserve the right to terminate any reservation at any time in the best interest of customer safety, driver safety, vehicle safety and federal/state/local laws.
